An events management company, Ghana Base Management, has threatened legal action against Praye a musical hip-life group.

The company claims the group had failed to fulfil their part of a contract it signed with them.

Ghana Base Management said the trio failed to show up for a concert for which they had taken part payment.

An official of the company Emmanuel Yeboah said the trio chose to perform for a local radio station instead of making an appearance at the event venue.

He said the group has failed to show up despite persistent requests by the company to Praye to refund the money.

The group comprises Nana Kwame, Steven Fiawoo and Eugene Baah Kente known in the showbiz as Praye Tenten, Praye Tietia and Praye Ho Ne Ho respectively.
