The Sensational hip life and reggae duo, Wutah last weekend became the toast of thousands of Nigerian music fans when the duo put up a splendid performance during the finale of the Miss Ecowas beauty pageant held in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Wutah mounted the stage to perform alongside seasoned Jamaica reggae superstar Jimmy Cliff and Ivorian reggae king, Alpha Blondy.

Wutah happened to be the only Ghanaian artistes to join other internationally recognized music super stars to perform for over five thousand audience.

Members of Wutah were able to thrill Nigerian music fans with their hit-songs, and also exhibited their vocal abilities and dancing skills to the extent that music fans wanted more from them, reports available to Beatwaves indicate.

In a chat with Beatwaves, the manager of the group, Kofi Okyere Darko, aka KOD, expressed appreciation at the way and manner Nigerian music fans received them, saying Wutah was lucky to have had the opportunity to showcase their talent.

He was also grateful to the organizers of Miss Ecowas for recognizing the group and offering it an opportunity to be on the bill.

He revealed that Jamaican super star Jimmy Cliff has agreed to collaborate with Wutah very soon in Jamaica.

Before the event, the members of Wutah presented copies of their CDs to the President of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), Dr. Ibn Chambas, and the governor of River State in Nigeria, His Excellency Amoachi, when they paid a courtesy call on them.
